About Aligned Insurance Agency
Aligned Insurance, LLC. was created as a sibling company to Lyons HR, LLC. in 2020 as an answer to our clients’ needs for Property and Casualty Insurance for their businesses. To facilitate that effort, a local insurance agency was brought into the Lyons Family, Calhoun County Insurance Center, Inc. and Coosa Insurance, located in Alabama. The legacy agency was a family owned agency in business for over 50 years which David C. Glass took over in 2000 after 10 years of claims experience with State Farm. As the owner of that agency, David along with his Managing Agents, Cathy Lilio in Jacksonville, Alabama and Michael A. Delozier, in Gadsden/Rainbow City, Alabama, joined the Lyons group and have hit to ground running to position Aligned Insurance to be a competitive insurance agency in the business insurance space.
Since 2020, the insurance agency has grown by over 50% and is well on its way to achieving it’s five year strategic goals set for 2025. Currently the agency focuses on Commercial Insurance products for businesses with 10 to 100 employees mainly in the southeastern United States, but has clients in 44+ states as well.
